     What Is a Pilot Agreement?
    A short-term, low-risk staffing agreement that allows facilities to evaluate our CNA support before committing to a longer-term arrangement. 

    Now Offering 14-Day & 30-Day Pilot Agreements

     

    • A 14-day contract is a brief, two-week staffing engagement designed to quickly fill urgent coverage needs.

     

    • A 30-day pilot contract is a short-term trial engagement that allows both parties to evaluate fit, performance, and outcomes before committing to a longer-term agreement.
